**Important information about applying online** 

  • The system allows applicants approximately 45 minutes to complete the application process. Please note: The system does not allow you to save incomplete applications. After 5 minutes of inactivity, the process times out.
  • Remove all graphic images from resumes before uploading them into the system. The system does not support graphics.
  • Use the back button in your browser to get back to the previous page in the application.
  • If you are uploading transcripts, please be sure to redact your birth year, gender, social security number.
  • Upload an unofficial copy of your college transcript(s) and Letter of Interest when applying for a position. This is done at the same time you upoad your resume. Official transcripts will be required, as part of the hiring process, if you are selected for one of our positions.
  • If you have been employed by more than five employers previously please attach a separate sheet and ensure it contains at least the following information, for each employer:
    • From –        Month/Year
    • To –            Month/Year
    • Hours –       Average Hours Per Week
    • Teaching –   Total credit(s) taught each semester and total number of Credits taught over your career
  • If your application and uploaded documents are successfully submitted you will receive an acknowledgement email to the email address you provided as part of your application. If you do not receive an acknowledgement email you will need to resubmit your application and attachments.

Although the full salary range for each position is provided, actual salary will be based on the minimum of the salary range plus additional compensation for education and experience. The salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will not exceed the maximum authorized salary of the range.

Campus Security Report

Pueblo Community College, as required by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), has compiled a comprehensive Campus Security Report. This report includes information about crime statistics from the previous three years, campus security policies, as well as prevention programs. Information pertaining to the Pueblo, Fremont and SCCC is also made available in this report. Published annually, this report can be found online or a paper copy is available upon request by contacting the Campus Security and Preparedness Office or the Dean of Student Success at the Pueblo Campus, or the Executive Deans at the Fremont Campus or SCCC sites.
