We encourage all of our employees to be creative, to think outside the box and to continue moving us forward as an educational leader. By working together we strive to provide an inspiring educational environment for our students and a stimulating environment for our staff. Learn about our Mission, Vision, Values, and Purpose.

PCC offers a competitive benefits package, but so much more. We offer the chance for faculty members to focus on what they love most - teaching. This, combined with our small class sizes, affords our teachers the time to provide students with personal attention and to create innovative learning environments.
We serve more than 6,000 students from multiple locations in the Pueblo, Canon City, and Southwestern part of the state. In a collaborative team atmosphere we offer you the opportunity to get involved in a great community of educators and learners while advancing your career.
Environment of Continuous Quality Improvement
The Academic Quality Improvement Program infuses the principles and benefits of continuous improvement into the culture of PCC by providing an alternative process through which PCC can maintain its accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission.
At PCC, we strive constantly to improve the quality of our services to students and the community. To foster this improvement, we have adopted the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP), sponsored by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. Under this process, PCC is committed to continuous, systematic, and measurable quality improvement.
